The ADATA DDR5 6400 CSODIMM (AD5CS640016G-S) is a clocked SO-DIMM: an on-module client clock driver (CKD) regenerates the command and address clock so the module can hold timing margin at data rates where a plain SO-DIMM starts to run out of headroom.
That makes 6400 MT/s practical in notebooks and compact systems on the latest Intel Core Ultra and Ryzen mobile platforms, at CL52 and 1.1 V. On-die ECC and the on-module PMIC carry over from the rest of the DDR5 generation.
