The ADATA DDR5 4800 U-DIMM (AD5U480032G-B) is the baseline JEDEC speed grade of the DDR5 desktop generation, and the module most Alder Lake and Raptor Lake systems accept without any profile. It runs 4800 MT/s at CL40 on 1.1 V.
DDR5 moves voltage regulation onto the module itself, so the PMIC sits alongside the DRAM rather than on the mainboard, and on-die ECC corrects single-bit errors inside the DRAM array. Capacities reach 32 GB per module in the 288-pin unbuffered format.
