What this part is for
ADATA's LPDDR5X components target the mobile, edge-AI, and embedded designs where memory bandwidth and battery life are both binding constraints. The parts run up to 8533 Mbps on a 1.05 V supply, with a 0.5 V VDDQ rail that cuts I/O energy per transferred bit.
Link ECC protects the data on the bus itself rather than only inside the array, which matters for mission-critical edge equipment, and DVFSQ and DVFSC let the host scale voltage and frequency with the workload. The 64 Gb density uses a quad-die package to reach maximum density in one footprint.
