Random performance runs to 1,200K read IOPS and 1,400K write IOPS with nCache 4.0 SLC buffering.
It is offered in M.2 2280 and M.2 2230, making it one of the few Gen4 client drives that covers both mainstream notebooks and the 30 mm bays used by handhelds and compact systems. Endurance reaches 600 TBW on the 2 TB model, MTTF is rated at 1.75M hours, and TCG Opal 2.02 encryption is available as an option.
